| So, I am giving my daughter, Jenna, her bath last night, and she is swimming around and having fun as usual. And, she is obsessed with the Little Mermaid...good movie to be obsessed with, I suppose. Well, we have bath soap that has 3 or 4 disney princesses pictured on the bottle including the Little Mermaid. (I bought it because it was cheap and on sale and I had a coupon....not because of the princesses) (And, Elliott detests it and wishes I got something more manly...but this is what happens since the boy never goes to the grocery with me anymore.) Well, I start washing Jenna and she gets all excited and tells me and is quite convinced that she smells like a mermaid now! What about Cinderella or Belle or Snow White or whoever else is on there? Nope, she smells like a mermaid! | | |
| Scott Ramsey, I wish you would stop being such a grouch, and know that I love you! :)

| So, we went to Canada last week. The Muskokas. It was fun and relaxing. The kids had a great time. we canoed, water-skied, jet-skied, fished, swam, hurt ourselves water-skiing, enjoyed jet-skiing, refused to take the 1and only fish i have ever caught off the hook, swam across the lake and back. It was a good trip. Oh, and we saw a momma bear and her cub, and that was cool!

| Well we have 1 more week left of Teeball. I thought I would share some pictures. It has been fun for us...although Elliott stresses about it a lot, because he thought he would be able to pick up a glove and bat and play like a pro. Well, he is learning that not all things come to him naturally, but that some things do take practice. And he has improved tremendously from the very first day. He started the season having trouble hitting off the tee, and now he has no problem with that, and is occasionally able to hit the ball when pitched to him as he did in today's game. He has an awesome arm on him for pitching, but we will keep practicing with catching. BUT, I am impressed with his diligence even though he struggled enjoying it...since it didn't come naturally to him. Well, here are the pics. Have a blessed day, week, month, ...however long until I am on here again! :)
Where's the ball? He hit the ball from a pitch...but it was a foul as you can see...coach is catching it behind.
Hitting off the tee. See the ball by the lady's foot?
Running home.
Scrambling for the ball. That's his coach on the left.
Waiting patiently for some action. Hitting the ball without the tee. What a tough guy!
| HaHa! Finally he's gone...I know I am mean, but he just isn't THE American Idol! Now for something totally different, but relatively the same, I love Dancing with the Stars...and I love this guy. What an inspiration to teens today...to strive for something and make goals and succeed!
Oh, and I don't watch TV all the time...these are about the only two shows I watch...oh, and House too. But half of the time I miss them anyways. Well, tata.
